We have a volume dedicated to user home directories that is completely
out of control largely due to the fact the space restrictions were never
implemented. I've now been told to "fix it", so I have a few questions.

1) Is there a way to globally set restrictions for everyone as opposed
to individually adding restrictions for users. We're dealing with a
large amount of users spread throughout a large tree.

2) Once restrictions are added, what will the users who are over the new
limit see? Will they be able to access their drive to move files off, etc?

3) We recently had a large amount of data (20g or so) dumped to the
drive. Is there any quick way of tracking down where it went and who
added it?

This is a 6.5 sp5 environment, edir 87.3.7.
