The client installed 2 GB of RAM, bringing the box to 3 GB - they're
still having the symptom of intermittent "no connections allowed" and
they have tens of thousands of NOT-LOGGED-IN connections. Looking at
segstats.txt, we've got a FCMS that is probably way too high. Can
someone suggest a good way to get an appropriately lower number?
