We have an older server that has started refusing to maintain time
synchronization with the other 2 servers in our tree. This server
consistently runs 1 to 2 seconds behind the others, and doing a time restart
in Monitor still doesn't sync it back with the other two. I've checked the
synchronization parameters and they appear correct. Is it possible that the
CMOS battery is getting low on charge enough to affect the time.

I noticed this problem when I was updating user info and received a time
synchronization error in ConsoleOne. The error clears up after I restart
time on the one server and then restart my computer (Win2k).
