I've got a server near the end of its life span. I've built a new server
to replace it and have added it to the tree. I need to move the replicas
(some RW and a couple Masters, including the Master of the root partition)
from the old server to the new. It looks to me like the normal procedure
is to:

-add necessary RW replicas to the new server
-promote the appropriate newly added RW replicas to Master on new server
-remove remaining RW replicas from the old server
-remove edir from the old server and remove from tree

The procedure looks easy in the text books. Are there steps I'm missing,
steps that could affect the success of the procedure? I'm guessing health
checks are a must prior to replica operations?
