All users in my company were logging in as administrators. We have a
workgroup environment. We use Novell 6.5 . OS for users is XP SP2

Now i have created themas simple users and copied the administrator
profile to that user profile.The profile works fine, the files are
there etc. But users cannot modify the word/excel/photoshop etc files
that have come accross from the administrator account. Although
technically the files are his/hers but they are signed in as a
different user, he/she cannot modify the files. I want the user to be
able to modify the files that have been copied over from the
administrator account to this simple "user" account. I dont want them
to be loging as power users...

Its some file permission issue. What can i do?
