I have a vendor who has written a php code for us. It it suppose to
index a directory for us and serve the output to our users. PHP is
functioning correctly on the server, however it starts looking at the
file structure and can't see anything. Here is a sample of what I see

---Parameters: bool(false) , bool(false) , 1, 1
---- dir was not opened. try again...
-----Parameters: bool(false) , bool(false)
current dir is: SYS:\apache2\htdocs\wma
----- dir was not opened. try open directly...
-----Parameters: bool(false) , bool(false)
current dir is: SYS:\apache2\htdocs\wma
---Before while
---close DIR:
<-DirlistDIRECTORIES PROCESSING FINISHED
Save index to file
Ok

It just can't see the files. They are all under a sub-directory of
htdocs. should'nt it have enough rights to search the directory.

Thanks in advance
