A few days ago I applied SP4. Now, every 2-4 hours, I printing stops
working and I have to restart NDPSM. Some people can print, others
cannot. I cannot find any errors in logs about this. The only problem
I can see occuring is that the printer agents report as IDLE, but when I
view the printer agent, it reports "Cannot ping printer". I can ping the
printer fine. During this time, I also cannot hit the IPP page to
install a printer, but Remote Manager and iManager work fine.

The broker reports v3.0.11 and the manager report v3.01q. After SP4, I
have only applied NW65NSS4a patch. All the printers are iPrint printers.

Any ideas? Known issue?
