## OT? Statistics on support staff for Novell servers

My guess is that, if such statistics are available, the number of people
required to support xxx users in a Novell environment is significantly
less than in a MS server environment. Direct server support versus
workstation support would complicate the statistics, but having such
statistics would make "install-upgrade" of Novell servers easier to
explain/justify/sell.

Are such statistics available?
