Cache memory allocator out of available memory.

Short term memory allocator is out of memory.

1 attempts to get more memory failed.

I have 4 GB of ram in this server. I'm not sure what type it needs
here. I've trying setting fcms down to it's minumum + 1, I've tried
setting nsscache balance down to 30%. I've mucked with the user address
space via the -U.

I'm trying to move a 3TB pool that's almost full to a new larger array,
and when it does it's initial check (latest storage manager as of this
writing) it fails on memory alloc.

Anyone want to offer up a suggestion?
