I need some guidance choosing the best backup solution for our business.
We're small, approximately ten workstations, all running Windows 2K Pro,
with two Netware SMS 6 servers, running mostly GroupWise, GW WebAccess
and Apache. We've just had a tape drive **** out; we were using it w/
the Novell SMS app and weren't completely happy w/ it, but it did the job.

My question: do we get another tape drive and some backup software? Put
an external hard drive on a workstation and backup that way? What
factors should I consider most important? We have a small budget but
need a reliable backup.
