Ok heres whats happening, I am running Novell SBS 6.0 Sp5 with Border
manager 3.6 Sp2a on it. I have found that the last few mornings that
when by backup runs against the main drive on this server the drive will
deactivate, which from what I am gathering means it is failing. For the
most part the server runs good, can I drop in another drive and restore
to the new drive and then shut down the server, swap out the main drive
with the new one and continue on happily ever after?

Or do I have to reset it up by ripping it out of the tree and placing i
back in?

This server does not have Raid on it. Basically it is a higher end
personal computer with a SCSI card.

Just wondering,
