I have several volumes on a NW 6.5 server with all NSS volumes. The main
volume has a total of about 80 GB and about 5 GB free. Since before the
last purge of the volume(done in Windows explorer with the Novell client
4.90 SP2) the server console keeps showing the message:
"insufficient disk space on volume DATA prevented a newly decompressed
file from being committed to disk in its decompressed format when the file
was closed."

The DATA volume has compression turned on. We have a lot of data and
files on this disk but the size of the individual files is not extremely
large so it is not the case of a extremely large file as far as I am aware.

Any ideas why the available space is not see as adequate would be
