Dear all,

I have an excel file in a directory which opens 3 other excel workbook in
a subdirectory and has VB macros and toolbars in it. This file is opened
by Excel automatically when it starts by the user.
In the folder where this file is users has read only rights.
Since we moved from NW5.1 (traditional volume) to NW 6.5 SP3 NSS, Excel
has a strange message, that somebody is using this file, and you can open
it as read only. This message appears only when you are not the first
user who opens excel, so that means however the users has read-only
access in this folder the first user can open it with write access, or
something like that.

Do you have any idea?
