Problem: Two users in the same department are having performance issues
opening files from a Netware 6.5 SP3a server. Other users are able to login
to the same Windows XP station and work fine using the network shared volume.
I believe Iíve isolated the problem to errors on the NSS volumes GUID
records. When running the DMPTRUST.NLM the .out log shows the two users
with errors in their records. I renamed the two problem userís eDirectory
login accounts to a new name and had them login again. Their performance
opening files greatly improved.
To fix the errors on the NSS volumes I tried running syncguid.nlm, but it
was unable to fix the errors. When I renamed their login accounts back to
the original names they experienced problems once again.
Can you offer any suggestion on fixing this problem?
