I don't know what to do! Can anybody help me? Please!!!!

Server:
FSC PRIMERGAY TX150
2 GB RAM
Adaptec RAID 2010S
3x HDD RAID5
POOL SYS
POOL DATA
NW65 SP2
ArcServe 9.01

Problem:
Server crashed a few weeks ago and i replaced one HDD. Now when Backup of
SYS starts, pool deactivates, RAID Device deactivates and Console shows:

Adaptec RAID (Device ID)....

deactivated by driver due to device failure

Backup of DATA works fine. I thought probably a snapshot Problem, but
manually snapshot with mm.nlm works.
I Tried:
- Flash Bios (Board + RAID)
- Poolverify => a few Warnings showed
- Poolrebuild => Warntings are solved
- Installed n65nss2b
- Poolrebuild /purge
- plugged in the HDDs in another Server (of cause same Model) => same
Error

Something is interesting, a few seconds before pool deactivates the
Seagate HDD puts out piep signal.

NSS error 20204 = Writer error so i thought perhaps more defective
Hardware (bad sectors). I replaced the other two HDD too. So I've three
brand new HDD in the Server but the Problem is still there. So i
unplugged
the three new HDDs and plugged in the two old ones. Boot Netware and
tried
to install SP5, but it crashes after 70% und nearly the same Error was
shown. Probably one of the HDD is really defective. Is there any
Possibility to get the newest NSS code without installing SP5?

Is my NSS demaged? (verify and rebuild shows no errors)
Any other ideas to solve the Problem?
