Getting these errs after nightly backup on 2 servers:

An error (20012(nameTree.c[45])) at block 331358(file block -331358)(ZID
6) has compromised volume integrity.

10-09-2006 6:48:06 pm: COMN-3.24-1195 [nmID=A0024]
NSS-3.00-5000: Volume PGS_CORP/SYS_SV is being deactivated.
An error (20012(nameTree.c[45])) at block 331358(file block -331358)(ZID
6) has compromised volume integrity.
10-09-2006 7:36:39 pm: COMN-3.24-1092 [nmID=A0025]
NSS-3.00-5001: Pool EASTERN/SYS_SP is being deactivated.
An I/O error (20204(zio.c[2260])) at block 129401(file block 3482)(ZID 3)
has compromised pool integrity.

10-09-2006 7:36:39 pm: COMN-3.24-34 [nmID=60010]
NSS-2.70-5005: Volume EASTERN/SYS_SV user data write
(20204(zio.c[2282])) to block 432229(file block 28318)(ZID 15300526)
failed.

I don't know if we were getting them before, but noticed after applying
SP5, SP5UPD1, and NSS5B patches. We are using Veritas Netbackup 5.0GA.I
believe these volumes are temporarily created during certain procedures,
can the msgs be ignored or corrected with a verify? thank you
