This is totally a hardware issue, not looking for support. Have a
Storcase serial ATA array that loses it's mind periodically. It's own
gui has green lights on everything as good. But performance is trashed.
All you can do is power cycle the array, rebooting the server won't help.

I ran these about the same amount of time. Check out the raw rate
before the reboot and after.

Hows that's for screwed up. It's being replaced with a promise array soon.
