We are in the process of upgrading user computers, client32 to version 4.91

After the upgrade when they go into Microsoft Word 97 or Excel and try to
open existing documents that are in thier home directories (Resides on a
Netware 6.5 server) they are getting all kinds of errors that they don't
have rights to open files, we can close Word and go to files through
explorer and click on the file and they open in word but they can't make

If I upgrade the office product on the computer to Office2000 they are
able to save, open files etc with no issues.
This is not a good option for us as we have hundreds of users to migrate
and we can't upgrade every office installation.
Seems there must be something about the client causing this ?

Any ideas ?
