I am trying to use option 85 on a Windows 2003 dhcp server (I know, I know,
it was not my choice) and I am not sure if I set it up correctly in my test
environment. I wanted to use a string value and it appears to get pushed
because the name of the server NWRemA1 appears on the advanced tab. The
interesting part is that the "Preferred Connection" under
HKLM\Software\Novell\Workstation Manager\Identification is a bogus IP
address. On further investigation it appears that the IP is the ascii
equilavent of the first 4 letters of my server. = NWRe

Is this weird or what?

Any ideas?
