I have a problem that is perplexing me. We have a Novell and a Microsoft

network in our environment. I have a laptop that usually boots up and

connects to the network without a problem. However there are occasions when

it boots up and can't connect to the Novell network. However, in that

situation, it does connect to my AD network just fine. Therefore, cabling

and hardware are just fine.

Log files show that whenever the laptop does connect successfully, certain

'sys' files are always loaded in the same order. The log files also show

that whenever the laptop does not connect successfully, these same sys files

are loaded, but in a different order.

I am thinking the problem has to do with the order of how the 'sys' files

are loaded. Is there a way to force how the 'sys' files are loaded within a

Windows 2000 Professional system?

Thanks in Advance,

A little background information:

I'm using a Netware client version 4.83 SP2 with Netware 5.1.
