We are in the process of changing our workstations to 2000 from NT. We
run Novell Client 4.83 with Zenworks 3.1. On one user's system, when she
prints, she continually receives a print banner. We have looked at the
client's properties and the banner option is unchecked. Is there a
registry fix, trick, or anything that can be done to fix this problem? We
cannot upgrade to a new client, or zenworks version since the director who
configured zenworks is no longer with the office and no one knows how to
configure zenworks to work with a new client.
