We currently have Client 4.83 and 4.9 SP2 installed on our computers. Each version has the client pieces of Zen 3.2 installed. We are currently upgraded part of our network, which includes updating the Zen to v7 and standardizing the client with 4.9. The problem I have run into is removing the Zen 3.2 parts of the client. Uninstalling, reinstalling with out the Zen, and upgrading, all leave pieces of the Zen client on the workstation. These pieces are interfering with the Zen 7 agents. I have found files in the system32 folder, and I will bet the registry has entries left over as well. Does anyone know where I can get information to completely remove the Zen 3.2 client from the workstation?
