We are having this issue only on our lab systems where the local account
is volatile. When upgrading the client on these systems, and then the
subsequent reboot, we get an error

"Windows cannot find 'C:\Document... blah blah.. \Temp\nwlocal.exe'.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

Is there something this update does upon reboot that it requires that
