We recently updated our Client 32 4.90 to 4.91 plus the patch. We also
installed the Zen Remote agent on our workstations. After this upgrade,
some workstations are losing their ability to Remote Desktop through
Windows XP. We (IS staff) can connect to our network remotely, and we do a
remote desktop via windows to hit our workstations. However, we are losing
the ability to connect to our workstations when we reboot our computers. We
are experiencing two different things:

1) When a person reboots, the workstation loses the check marks in the
Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop in the system properties. If you
recheck both boxes, then Remote Desktop works again.

2) The checks marks are there, but you have to unselect the check marks,
then apply the settings. We then recheck both boxes, hit apply, and remote
desktop works again.

When we lose the ability to remote desktop via Windows, we get the
following error:

The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connects might
not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections.
It is also possible network problems are preventing your connection.
Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues to occur,
contact your system administrator.

I tried searching the forums, but I was unable to find anything directly
relating to our problem. Thanks in advance for any help.
