We have a number of Dell Latitude D810 laptops. We recently updated all PCs
and laptops to Client 4.91 then applied SP2. They were running a variety of
versions of 4.90. All of the Dell desktops updated fine, but on the Dell
laptops, there is frequently although not always a two minute delay between
the time the cursor appears on a black screen and the Novell Login box
appears. Normally it only takes 20 seconds or so. Everything else is fine.
The laptop logs in and receives drive mappings. We are still installing IPX
and IP, I haven't made that switch to iPrint yet. We have tried both turning
off and then uninstalling NMAS, but that didn't seem to make a difference.
Any ideas?
