Is there an easy way to reset or flush out an end user's challenge
response when using the Novell Password Self Service? I try to right
click on the red N and go to challenge/response administration and it
prompts me to answer the challenge questions again, but doesn't seem to
stick. I have to revert back to the old challenge response answer and
then it will let me change the password.

I have a few users that cannot remember their answers to the challenge
