I have a bunch of desktops here with the same printing issues. Let me
start by saying that this happens regardless of weather or not the user is
printing something.
The Spoolsv.exe is using 110MB of memory and the users keep getting
bombarded by error messages looking for PCL5ERES.DLL. I’ve tried
reinstalling the DLL to no avail. This is only happens on the
desktop’s running the Novell client. The client version is I tried looking through the KB but couldn’t find
