so here's the dilemma:

We know (and have done) a graceful shutdown of our 16-node cluster.
Obviously this is a manual process where we will offline the resources
and power the servers down.

The question though is:

In the event of a prolonged power outage, typically a UPS (APC, Liebert,
etc.) will shut down a NetWare server "gracefully".

However, in a clustered environment, if a server is simply powered off,
the resource will migrate to the next node, and so on.

Is there any way (command line?) to offline a resource and THEN power
the server off?

Otherwise you could end up hosing some stuff if you bring the resources
down and they fail out of the cluster, or you end up with severely
overloaded servers that can no longer be powered off nicely.
