Hey Everyone,

I am having an issue with iManager not being able to manage Clustering or
NSS services on OES SP1 (SuSE 9 Linux)

Here is the configuration...
Linux OES SP1
2 Node Cluster connected to SAN
Cluster Services 1.8.1
Kernel 2.6.5-7-195-i386-smp (with patch 10404)

Here is what we have done so far...
Configured NCS per Cluster Services admin guide for Linux
Created NSS shared pool pool and voulme (with nssmu)
verified the SBD partition is available on both hosts (with sbdutil -f)
verified that we can ping clustered resources and master IP
tested failover of NSS volume
LUM enabled the user who is manageing the cluster
Setup Role Based Services

Everything works fine until we try to manage the cluster or nss volumes
with iManager... I have tried different

browsers (firefox, mozilla, IE6) and verified that the default lanaguage
is English (per admin guide)...
Here is the exact step I take...
Logon to iManager -> Select Cluster -> Select Manager Cluster -> Select
cluster object and the iManager throws the

following error...

Error: File Protocol error occurred: cannot open the NCS version file on
the selected cluster. The Cluster software

may not currently be running on this server.

We receive pretty much the same error if we try to manage anything is
NSS...

Error: File Protocol error occurred: cannot open the NSS version file on
the selected server. The NSS software may not currently be running on
this server.

If you have any info on how to fix this please post!!!

Thanks!
