Two of our resources go comatose from time to time. The error on the logger
screen is:

NWPA-004: The CDM driver deactivated device [V7C1-A4-D0:8] COMPAQ HSG80
50001FE10007DCF0 (V86F) due to a device failure.

(20204(zio.c[2201])) to block 28494439(file block 0)(ZID 26275403) failed.

NSS-3.00-5001: Pool BNS-HERSTON-CS26/SC_MAIL8 is being deactivated.
An I/O error (20204(zio.c[2179])) at block 27462652(file block 87934)(ZID
3) has compromised pool integrity.

I have tried an NSS pool rebuild on the pools holding the volumes that are
failing, but the problem keeps occurring. What is my next step? Does it
look like a hardware issue?
