I am about to attempt a clustered install of OES sp2 for Linux onto a Dell
Badged EMC ax100 SAN, however the docs for the powerpath software included
are very specific about kernels supported, my first question is since I
have a single fibre switch and SAN device, do I need the powerpath software.

If I do need the software, then can I simply install it on the unsupported
kernel supplied with OES sp2, or do I need to backrev to the supported
kernel supplied with the supported SLES9 sp2 [SLES9 kernel = 2.65-7.201 and
OES kernel = 2.6.5-7.244].

a beer token at my local for the correct answer.
