I have a strange problem that does not have anything in support. We have a
tree node NW 6.5SP2 cluster and while diagnosing the network, we found
that the server (we failed over and problem followed primary IP resource)
that is master will send out over 200 packets of heartbeat per second.
It's nasty cause it's effectively a broadcast. The heartbeat interaval is
set to three seconds. In another building we have the same configuration,
but the heartbeat is what we expect, one packet every three seconds.

Has anyone seen this? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
