Running ncs-configd -init only gives you once chance to edit your resources, as soon as you edit one in iManager, they become duplicated again. You really need the new just call support for it. Just remember you must remove clstrlib.pyc which is a compiled version of the file when you install the new file.

I've asked one of the developers to see if he knows any more...
You can use the following command in the meantime - it must be run on the
node that currently has the master ip address
/opt/novell/ncs/bin/ncs-configd -init
It doesn;t seem to have any side effects that I have found so far, but
please be careful with it...
