Hi.

I'd posted this before, but it seems to have disappeared?

Anyway:
I recently upgraded my NW5.1 (SP5) server to eDirectory 8.7 so that I
could
get iFolder2 to authenticate.

Now I can login, but whenever under "Global Settings" I click "User
LDAPS"
the server abends, like so:
-----
Address space IFOLDER removed Tuesday, 18 March 2003 6:08:08.894 amAbend 0 on P00: Server-5.00k: Page Fault Processor Exception (Error

If I don't login to Global Settings, the server runs fine.

I've got a nagging suspicion that LDAP is the problem, and on
following TID
100599954, I can't connect to the LDAP server as such:
-----
Listener setting up cleartext port 389
Listener cleartext socket bind failed, err = -5880
Listener cleartext port 389 is already in use
Cleartext port 389 disabled because of initialization error, err =
-5880
TLS configured successfully
TLS port 636 disabled because of initialization error, err = -5880
-----

And this is immediately after unloading and reloading nldap.nlm.
UPDATE: After unloading and reloading nldap.nlm, apache now reports:
*MASTER[10/10/10/9][-1] ldap_simple_bind : Can't contact LDAP
server(81)
iFolder_ldap01[10.10.10.9][-1] ldap_simple_bind : Can't contact LDAP
server
(81)
I should probably reinstall LDAP?

A reader previously mentioned that he had the same problem, and got
around
it by completing the setup through remote console manager. This
doesn't
seem to work for me.

I've tried using IE6 and Mozilla 1.3 for this, with no joy.

Oh, there's also some other webserver software (besides apache)
running on
the server - Groupwise Webaccess agent 6.0.1, Netware Web Manager
5.10c,
Netware Enterprise Web Server 5.10c.

Can anyone recommend a place to start troubleshooting this? Help is
muchly
appreciated.
