I've finally managed to get iFolder web access installed and running.
I have the iFolder client installed on my PC at work and at home.
I've
allowed port 80, 443, 50080 and 50443 on my firewall and I can get to
my
iFolder server via http from outside my company's firewall.

The client on my PC, however doesn't want to connect to my ifolder
server.

Does the iFolder _client_ use the same ports - 80 & 443 - as the web
part?
I've been trying to change the port of the iFolder _client_ via
various
methods (and the http ports without success).

I want to get the iFolder client to work from home. Does it try to
connect
on port 50080 and 50043 as I thought? I've messed around with the
following
things:

The files:

SYS:apache2/ifolder/server/ifolder_httpd.conf

-- ServerSecurePort 50443
-- iFolderUserServerSecurePort 50443
-- ServerNonSecurePort 50080
-- iFolderUserServerNonSecurePort 50080

SYS:apache2/ifolder/server/httpd.conf
-- Listen 50080
-- SecureListen 50443 "SSL CertificateDNS"

Also, I've tried messing around with the 'iFolders Server' link in the

ifolder web-based admin.

Nothing I do seems to move the iFolder server over to the ports that I
want
(50080 and 50043).

I make all the changes and stop & restart ifolder server just to be
sure.

I've searched and searched.....

If someone can give me a bit of help I'll compile the info and put it
into
an ifolder FAQ of some sort.

Thanks, Brian
