NW 6.5 SP2
iFolder Client 2.13

We have just rolled out iFolder to production. I have a few users who
are having problems connecting over dialup. They are able to dialup to
our network fine, but when they login to iFolder they get "unable to
connect to server (-105)" error right away. It doesn't even seem to
attempt a connection.

We have tested iFolder access over dialup many times with no problems. I
have tested one of the user accounts that was having problems over two
different dial up lines with no problems. I have completed the following
troubleshooting on the users pc.

1. Removed the server reg key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Novell iFolder\Servers
Server1 ="our ifolder server dns name"

2. Made sure the EnableAutodial entry was off (changed from 1 to 0)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet

3. Recreated the users dial up sessions

Is there anything else I can look for in the registry? It seems to be a
problem isolated on the users system? I am working with the user
remotely and do no have physical access to the system.
