After upgrading NetWare 6.5 SP2 to SP3 it's also upgraded iFolder from
2.1.3 to 2.1.5.

The Windows iFolder client (running on XP SP2 without firewall) checks for
and finds a newer version when logging in. When Yes is selected to upgrade
the client a box briefly opens (maybe a progress bar?) then disappears
after about 1-2 seconds and no upgrade occurs.

I can however download and install the default ifolderclient.exe from the
ifolder welcome page which is the correct updated version.

Any ideas of how to trouble shoot why the client upgrade wouldn't work?
