We have a user who cannot remember her passphrase and she did not enable
recovery. We are running iFolder 2.1.3. We have tried disabling her
iFolder account and re-enabling it. We would get to the point to enter
a passphrase and to confirm it and put in a hint. It seemed like we
were successful in re-creating her iFolder account, however, as we are
getting closer to completing the configuration of the iFolder client, it
comes back saying the passphrase is incorrect.

Is there a way to reset her pass phrase completely? It almost seems
like it's syncing the pass phrase with edir or something.

Any help would be appreciated!
