I see that this issue has been posted at an earlier date, but was
wondering
if anybody has found why this happens and an easier fix?
Any more help would be great!

Although that dose works we do not want to have to do that always. We

want it so that the user them selves and do it. So the question is
what
is different from the new user and the user that logged in through
client. They are both in the admin group, and neither one is the
actual
administrator.
