I have a consultant visiting for a few months and need to set up his
latptop
with printing. I installed the iPrint client on his laptop and he
successfully prints. However, there is an HP service, hpha1mon.exe,
that
continually spawns new processes. It is the meadia reader portion of
a home
printer (which of course is not connected here). The machine will
continue
to start instances of this service. I have seen probably 30 instances
of
this process running. Uninstalling the iPrint agent stopped this
error.

Has any one seen this before? Know of a work around? I'm currently
trying
to find out if there is a newer version of the HP utility.

Thanks,
Craig
