I have a customer that needs to have a printer set up on our network with bi-directional communication. This means that iPP will not work since the iPP path is the address to the server holding the NDPSM and not the print server itself. If I NAT to the print server, the customer has communication but still cannot print. This printer is setup internally as a Public Access printer. He is trying to print TCP through port 9100. During our testing, I have the firewall OFF so this is not the issue. We are using a Zebra print server with a Zebra bar code printer. We can print NDPS internally no problem. The problem is the printing from outside. Any suggestions?
