Within Win2K I can create an IPP printer if the target is an IPP capable
device, like an HP printer (with JetDirect).

The destination is a URL prefaced with HTTP://

For example,

e.g. HTTP://172.61.28.20/IPP

Can the target device be an NDPS/iPrint printer agent without installing
iPrint client?

I've tried several syntax combinations without luck. It does work with
iPrint client installed.
