Hello everyone,

I have iPrint set up for a HP 4200 printer and I'm using the Native 4100
print driver that was already part of the RMS install. I tried to use the
4200 driver downloaded from HP but that gave me more problems. I keep
getting i/o errors message in the NDPS manager on this particular iPrint
printer. I have updated the firmware on this printer and tried different
drivers but it keeps error out this i/o error message. Could there be
someone physically wrong with the Jetdirect card on the printer? What are
some troubleshooting tips I should try with this particular situation?
