We constantly have printer agents that freeze and stop printing. 99% of
the time I have to go and shutdown and restart the printer agent from the
console, only because that is the only solution. The status of the printer
is "printing" both at the client's computer and the printer manager even
though the printer is not actually printing. Basically there is a job
stuck in the queue.

What could be causing this problem to occur so frequently?
We use Tektronic Phaser 860 with the Tektronic Printer Gateway. I have
also tried the Xerox Printer Gateway (IP/IPX), but that was causing
NWAdmin to crash every time I would want to look at the printer agent
