Recently we've added several Brother MFC 8840 printers to our environment. Since then I've had two users unable to install them. After clicking on the printer, the map flashes briefly then reappears. There is no visible attempt at installation, no error message. On one workstation uninstalling and reinstalling the iPrint client resolved the problem.

This has only happened with Brother printers, never with previous HP printers. Servers are NW6 SP3. Workstations XP Pro SP1. iPrint client 1.10.00. TID 10084368 lists similar symptoms but I'm not using uppercase in URLs.
