This error has all of a sudden started appearing randomly, but with growing
consistency in one building in our school district. We are running Netware
6.5sp2 with the latest clients and version 3.9 of iPrint. The problem is
happening on Win98, Win2000 and WinXP workstations.

The issues started immediately after a Savin 2070dp copier/printer was
removed from the network for repair and replaced temporarily with a Toshiba
copier. Neither the Savin nor the Toshiba were set up for iPrint or NDPS.

The drivers for the Toshiba were installed on only three machines in the
district, but the problem is happening on machines the drivers were not
installed on.

The only success we have had so far, and that is with those three machines,
is to remove all printers and printer drivers and any instance of the
toshiba copier in the registry. Needless to say, this is not a desireable
option for every workstation.

Here is the complete error:

SPOOL32 caused an invalid page fault in module NIPPLIB.DLL at 0167:5c0153e5

After the crash, all printers disappear from the system and a reboot is
required. More and more this program is starting to lock up the
workstation, particularly if the users are in Office.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
