We have windows XP workstations, Novell Client 4.9sp2, iPrint client 3.12 and MS Office 2003.

We notice that when a office document is open the egg timer pops up every 20 seconds or so. This causes frustration for users typing a document as it places things on hold while the egg timer is there. What I've found is spoolsv.exe is causing CPU usage to jump by around 15% (while the egg timer is up) and then drops. I have found that if I un-install the iPrint client the problem goes away. Any ideas?
