Prove me wrong gentlemen

Here is my situation.

I have a 2 node cluster running 6.5 sp2, I have a clustered volume for my
NDPS and iPrint is running off the sys: apache. I have the htdocs
directories in sync on both nodes. When the NDPS volume is running on
node02 all is good. When I fail it to node01 I can still browse to all
the maps no problem but when I click on a printer to install it I get.
"Error message: HTTP 503 - Service unavailable"

I do have ippsrvr.nlm loaded on node01 when attempting the install.

I will also include the load and unload scripts for the clustered ndps
vol.

Load

nss /poolactivate=NDPS
mount NDPS VOLID=254
CLUSTER CVSBIND ADD FPMFG_CLUSTER_NDPS_SERVER 129.1.7.4
NUDP ADD FPMFG_CLUSTER_NDPS_SERVER 129.1.7.4
add secondary ipaddress 129.1.7.4
NSS /Transaction=FPMfg_Cluster_NDPS
broker clusterbroker.isd.fandp_mfg /allowdup /ipaddress=129.1.7.4
ndpsm clustermanager.isd.fandp_mfg /dbvolume=nocheck /ipaddress=129.1.7.4

Unload

Unload NDPSM
Unload Broker

del secondary ipaddress 129.1.7.4
CLUSTER CVSBIND DEL FPMFG_CLUSTER_NDPS_SERVER 129.1.7.4
NUDP DEL FPMFG_CLUSTER_NDPS_SERVER 129.1.7.4
nss /pooldeactivate=NDPS /overridetype=question

This could be a DNS thing I am not ruling that out I have noticed that in
on a map the URL for the printer is

ipp://printing.hostname.com/ipp/printer_name

This resolves to 172.29.7.3 which is my cluster IP

When I look at the IPP tab on this printer in nwadmin it lists

ipp://172.29.7.4/ipp/printer_name which is the address of my NDPS volume.

How however I am leaning more towards a problem with the apache on node01
as I feel a DNS issue would stop it from working on either node.

I have also tried adding in the delays it recommends in TID10072309

However I would only have a SSL CertIP if I was using encryption?
Regardless of where the package is I can telnet to both nodes via ports
631 and 443 may that be conflicting? When I try to HTTPUNBIND the NDPS
volume from node 02 I get "ERROR 255 closing 172.29.7.4"

Cheers
