In the iPrint admin guide it says:

"IMPORTANT: To install a printer on Windows NT/2000/XP, you must have
Administrator rights or be a Power User on Windows NT/2000."

In an effort to prevent at least some of the adware/spyware I'd like to not
make my users, Power Users or Administrators of the systems. I've changed
the local security policies on the W2K systems to allow users to install
printers. This allows them to install printers from a Windows Print server
but not NDPS or iPrint printers. Is there a list of exactly what
file/registry rights a user needs to install NDPS/iPrint printers.
