Can anyone help? Some of my users reported that the printer status under
Windows 'Printers and Faxes' window always showing 'Out of Paper'.

Those users still can use the printers without problem.

The iprint client we used is the latest one (version 4.9). The printer
models are HPLaserjet5si and HPLasejet5000. The Printer Servers are HP
Jetdirect 500x. It is so strange that the problem happens intermittently.

Is it workstation (XP SP2) problem or iprint problem?
